Physician-Only Platform

PhysicianLink is an exclusive platform for licensed medical professionals. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a licensed physician, resident, or verified healthcare provider. Account registration requires NPI (National Provider Identifier) verification and institutional email confirmation. Any attempt to create an account under false pretenses or without valid credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant medical licensing authorities.

Acceptable Use Policy

PhysicianLink may only be used for legitimate professional communications between verified healthcare providers. You agree not to use this platform to share Protected Health Information (PHI) with unauthorized individuals, transmit unsolicited messages or spam, engage in harassment or discriminatory conduct, or circumvent any security features of the application. All communications on PhysicianLink are subject to applicable healthcare laws and regulations including HIPAA. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with your institution's policies and applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

PhysicianLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, receive substantiated reports of misconduct, or are found to be operated by individuals who are no longer licensed or in good standing with their medical board. If your license is suspended or revoked, you must immediately cease using PhysicianLink and notify us. Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy. You may appeal a suspension by contacting appeals@physicianlink.com within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

PhysicianLink provides this platform as a communication tool only. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on communications within the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysicianLink's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
