Curbside consults, kept private.

Doctalink is HIPAA-compliant messaging for verified healthcare providers. Every member is checked. Every message stays between sender and recipient.

iOS and Android coming soon.

HIPAA-compliant End-to-end encrypted Verified providers Audit-ready
How it works

Three steps. Then you message.

01

Verify your identity.

Confirm your clinical credentials once. Your account stays inactive until the check clears.

02

Find another provider.

Search by number. Every member in the directory has cleared the same identity check.

03

Send the message.

Sealed on your device. Opens on theirs. No one in between can read it.

"I finally have a place to discuss a tough case with another physician without thinking twice about HIPAA."

Questions providers actually ask.

Is Doctalink HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Doctalink is built for HIPAA-compliant clinical communication: messages are end-to-end encrypted, identity is verified before any account is active, and a record of access is kept. A Business Associate Agreement is available on request.
Who can sign up?
Verified United States healthcare providers. Your credentials are checked before the account becomes active. Patients, recruiters, and the general public have no way in.
What does it cost?
Messaging is free for every verified provider. Additional capabilities for practices and organizations are in development.
Will there be iOS and Android apps?
Yes, both are in development. The web app at app.doctalink.com works in any modern browser today, and your account carries over when the native apps land.
Can I use Doctalink without my hospital's permission?
For peer-to-peer consults between providers, yes. Before using it for anything that touches your hospital's system of record, check with your compliance office. Doctalink is a communication tool, not a system of record.
How is this different from texting?
Text messages aren't encrypted between phones, the recipient isn't verified, and carrier logs live for years. Doctalink is verified at both ends, sealed end-to-end, and the messages don't sit on a server in a form anyone can read.
